We just received two approved Form 4's for silencers, they are moving. Submission to ATF was on the 2nd-3rd week of September, Form 4 approved on March 13th, so we're still looking at 6 months out. We can provide more class 3 transfer updates by logging on to our website at www.sheridanarms.com
