As others have stated, I too came across this forum while
"surfing". Lot's of interesting stuff here!

I am located in Northern Oakland County. Mainly shoot at Pontiac Lakes. Target and Clays. No CCW at this time but giving is very serious consideration. Comments about best place to obtain training appreciated

OK, there's got to be more to your Bio & hobbies. Unless I'm mistaken, isn't (Saila) "22" a class, (or just length,) of boat?

There are many good CPL instructers here, discussed on multiple threads. One of the more notable, and somewhat near to you, is Karen & Marty at K/M TRA. Their banner is, (or eventually will,) be at the top of the page.
