I know ! I caught that too. tho it's mostly the angle of the camera making it look like she was flagging. The tape cut off right when I called flagging on her. I got flagged several times by people that day. When we called CEASE FIRE, multiple people still felt it was ok to handle there firearms while there was people down range still checking targets. One mistake is all it takes.
