And? Did it cycle?
Taken from the original post "ran like a champ" I am assuming it did not grow legs and run around the shooting range :)

uh why?
Because the Internet already said that the AK platform is perfect and will run when packed with cement! Oh and it is an arsenal, if you never shoot it it will be worth millions around election time duh!
uh why?
Senseless abuse of a nice firearm. Nothing that hasn't been done before. You're lucky it didn't blow up!

That's awesome. I love these kinda tests. It's great to see an Aresenal being "used and abused".

needed a bit more than a hose it also spent two nights on a piece of cardboard in a truck bed with a bed cover that apparently leaks.
she got a bit rusty but a bath from Gibbs made her as good as new

I'm completely torn about this post. As an Arsenal owner (A real one, not a Vegas one) I like seeing stuff like this, and I am fully aware this is one of the few semi auto rifles that can handle it.
However, that is a DAMN FINE example of the Avtomat Kalashnikov model of 1947. And although it can and will take abuse like this and basically laugh at you for thinking it won't/can't. I still think we as gun owners should have a little more respect for those that can't own stuff like this, and for such a nice rifle.
Remember our current administration wants to take them all away... So, your grandkids may not even be able to fondle a rifle like this...
Please do your mud test with a WASR instead. :)

Just got and Arsenal SLR107F with tan furniture what a beautiful gun. I wanted a almost perfect replica, and it is sweet. Got the arsenal bulgarian Circle 10 magazines coming for it too. And to the person who said useless test, well everyone has their opinions, this man wanted to see true ak durability and reliability in harsh environments.
Take Care,
Brandon

It's kinda like owning an expensive sports car and running it into a brick wall. "Just because."
I don't care what you do with anything you own... :twak:
Hopefully if your AK Breaks, your daddy will buy you a new one. :)
Sarcasm switched off now.

Maybe it's just me...but I wouldn't call setting a rifle on the ground and putting some sand on it abused and used.
Really put it through it's paces and get back with us.

read the first post, it was filled with sand, with the dust cover off and burried.
thanks for your awesome contribution. leave it to people here to take something meant to be fun and turn it into a bunch of crying babies complaining about what i did to something i own.
