Hello-
We are seeing hunting property to rent/lease for the 2012 firearms season. We prefer northern Michigan and would be willing to travel up to an hour from
Gaylord. It would be a family hunting Exerience ( father, sons, and grandson).
There doesn't have to be a cabin on the property as long as we can bring our camper.

I would start scouting around you. Check the DNR website. there are state forests with thousands of acres and you can get a free permit to camp. The one problem may be that others may be in the same place.

Isn't the pigeon river state forest just a stone's throw North of you?
I'll admit I have never been there on 11/15 so I don't what the woods looks like, but I cannot imagine it being over run....

Not sure if I am answering in the right place. I have 160 acres that I have that would be what the guy from Gaylord is looking for to hunt. This website is very cumbersome, taking forever to get approved to respond. Anyway, if you are the guy looking for 160 acres with camp in NE Michigan, I have what you are looking for, and at a moderate price.
