I've been in touch with the Osceola County Prosecutor, James Sims. He has no problem with signing off. Unfortunately, he's only going to be in office until January.
I'm not sure how the new Prosecutor will be. He is a Republican and posing with an over/under on his website. So, at least there is hope.
Anyone have any experience with Tyler Thompson?
