For those who use Snap Caps, these are a great alternative to the metal ones. I've run them in MDFI's classes, so they do hold up and do not melt in your gun even after firing rapidly or when the gun gets hot.
I can only comment on the 9mm model since that's all I've used.
Brownells sells them in 10 packs for $9.99 but you can get them from the source as well for 19.95 /50 +shipping so they come to about 50cents a piece if you buy 1 bag. They come in all sorts of popular calibers.
I'm not sure if they are "Made in Michigan", but they are sold by a Michigan company. I try to buy local whenever I can...
