If you ever wanted to try an Appleseed this is a good place to do it. Bring the kids, family, wife and/or girlfriend, husband, friend or just drag somebody off the street for a fun day of rifle marksmanship instruction and history. Good tune up for deer season as well.
Appleseed is the best rifle marksmanship program you can go to. It is a bargain as well. 2 days of intensive instruction for $70 for men, $10 for women and $5 for people under 21.
Yeah, that's right, if you guys are under 21 you can shoot for $5!
Free for active duty military (includes guard and reserve), law enforcement or elected officials.
Eaton Rapids is south of Lansing and a pretty easy drive from S/E, south, west or central Michigan. The conservation club there has a nice club house, is providing breakfast and lunch (donation) and has a nice little range.
