Anyone been hunting there, seen anything? Public or private land?

I went last year to a buddies parents place. Didnt get anything but lots of sign and lots of tracks.
My buddy got a nice 10 pt out of a stand about 100 feet from where I was set up on a different day.
Obviously I was on private land, I dont know how public land would be..

I will say its a really good place to hunt BUT you had better be ready to go through all sorts of nasty stuff to get where the deer are, or at least where they are on that property..
The fragmite grass that is all over the place makes for great cover and perfect habitat for the deer in that area but is truly tretious to go through on foot..
More than likely will hunt there again this year he just had a son and said he was out for the whole year so its all mine as much as I want to use it.

spent the last two days there, hunted the public areas (92, 95 and 97)

Saw tons of track, sign, rubs etc but nothing moving.

Wind was perfect for my spot but brutal. Not sure I could have taken a 20+ yard shot.
