THE BADWATER LONGHORNS
Cowboys and Cowgirls:
We'd like to extend a personal invitation to everyone to bring your friends and come and enjoy The North's newest Cowboy Action Shooting venue.........THE BADWATER LONGHORNS.
The Badwater Longhorns, affiliated with the Wolverine Rangers, have five new stages and shoot the 2nd Saturday of every month through October.
The Badwater Longhorns are located 2 miles west of Mancelona, MI, (turn west off US-131 at the light, onto M-88) on the beautiful 80 acre property of the new Chain O' Lakes Sportsmen's Club. Further information and a map to the location can be found at www.colsc.org. If you have any questions please call or email me, Fly Speck Billy, or Thummper John, as noted below.
Registration is at 9:00 AM, the safety meeting begins at 9:30 AM and the shooting commences immediately thereafter. After the match lunch is served under our picnic pavilion located next to the CAS range. The cost is $15.00 per shooter, including lunch.
At some time in the past, Thummper John and Fly Speck Billy, or both, have had the opportunity to enjoy the company of many Wolverine Rangers at other CAS events and we look forward to meeting ya'll again in the near future.
