The 11-87 is all ready no I took her out on the maiden voyage saturday after cutting trees all day. Those poor little pigons (clay) blew through a lot of steam and 100 rounds of 3 inch for kicks.

Our crew will prolly do ok for the opener but, I am never sure.

In the last few days alone flocks have been switching fields big time as the rainfall got things sprouting.

I needed to be in on the road following birds this morning instead of talking on the phone.

Maybe tomorrow, I will be ready for them when they fly overhead....

In the morning...I can sit on the porch and listen...and then run for the car.

I know when they are going out and when they are coming back but, all I need to know is where they are going and then it becomes a matter of trying to secure permission. I always hate these last minute changes....

As usual, all our early scouting was for nothing...birds are moving on a daily basis this week and....mostly to fields we can't get on.
