Hey my calendar says Friday October 19, 2007 for the meeting.

If you are planning on a Saturday meeting on the 13th I will have to give Buckner keys to my office as I am out-of-town.

Please let me know which date is correct.

I just checked my handwritten notes from the last meeting and I have the 19th in two places. Everyone might want to check their own notes also.

I put the date right into my planner the night of the last meeting.

I am willing to let people use the office, I will give Rick the alarm codes and stuff, I just have plans that weekend.

If we can make the meeting the 19th, like some of us thought, I have it all planned.

My notes AND recording state the 19th! Tallbear confirmed that. Since he is still the President (Pro-Tem), there shouldn't be any confusion. Hope this helps. This is why I too tape these meetings.

This should also clear up any concerns about multiple tapings at these meetings.

This is also why although i like to keep things light unrelated and idol banter can be saved for after the meeting. When I try to decypher stuff on the recorder tis good not to have a bunch of conversations going at once
