Will this mean that department of corrections officers will not need a CPL to carry concealed? Or will they still need a CPL?

Is there another bill out there that will allow corrections officers to carry concealed w/o a CPL?

This bill gives the "special class" of being exempt from PFZ's to correction officers, and others.

It does not eliminate the need for a CPL, it just gives the check in the little box.
