Any hunter safety coarses in S/E Mi in the next month or two

Have a small group of kids (well teenage girls) that want to take the coarse. All have been hunting with their dads in the past (not that that matters) but in any case who has something going on?

Did you check the DNR sight, they will usually have a list on there, many you can do the online work in advance.

Have them take the online test and bring them this Saturday to Outdoorama to take the practical...10-am to 2pm in Conference Room B. I'm teaching it!!!!

Carleton Sportsmen's Club has several per year, the next one is April 18,19,20. The class is Free (donations welcome) and is very well done with shooting skeet and archery on the final day included in the price (Free). The web site is not maintained very well, but you can get phone numbers and location from there.

I think they still do hunter's safety at Double Action. You could call them and check.
