Wing shooting and small game land

My 14 year old son is interested in small game and bird hunting this coming season (Yes!!). If anyone has any land in the SE lower that we could hunt this fall, that would be great! We are in the western suburbs of the cesspool that is Detroit, but are not limited to that area. Willing to pay any reasonable fees.

Glad to hear about a youth who is interested in hunting, and that he has a dad who will support and encourage the interest.

You have a lot of public land nearby. Island Lake Rec Area, Pinckney Rec, Highland, Waterloo, etc. There is good rabbit, squirrel, and deer hunting at all of them if you put in some time to get to know the areas. Haven't had much luck flushing game birds on public land in SE Michigan, although a friend with a bird dog has done okay when the woodcock migrate through.
