Hunter's Ed (field portion) NOT on a weekend?

Looking for a hunter's ed course offered in S/SE Michigan (Ann Arbor area) sometime during the week. Have a buddy from overseas that really wants to get into hunting this season but has no weekend availability during the fall. Also working on getting my fiancee to take the course in the off chance she ever decides to head out into the field with me.

Does anybody around offer "private" courses that could be worked around our schedule?

Will be doing the online course so all that is needed is completion of the field portion.

I conduct the field portion in Lapeer on the second Mon. and/or the second Fri. of each Month.

Mondays at the Lapeer County Sportsmens Club, Fridays at the Masonic Lodge.
