Mainframe 10 point with a kicker at the base of a Brow tine and a Flyer off his right G2, makes this buck a 12 point. Gross green score 159", by a qualified person to measure.

Holy freaking crap look at the length of the tines on that guy, nice man! Nice beefy buck.

It was in Washtenaw county. The story is he came in about 630. When I saw him I knew right away he was a shooter. He started walking away from me. Had a 4 corn following him. So I grunted. Gently, stopped the 4 point he actually came within 15 yards of me. 20 minutes later the big guy decided to come lumbering in. 25 yard shot double lung. He ran farther then I would have liked though.

Fantastic. Nice to see people having success in this part of the state. I've been out once and only saw a few does. There are two big 8 points I've been watching. I'd be happy to get a shot at either one this season.

I Would really like some cooler temps to move in.

If it has a trigger, it's not a bow! :)
I still kill deer with three fingers.
I will wince and look away if you use a release but I do not say anything about them, as the new bows are not meant to be fired using fingers.

How far did that buck run? You said it was longer than you wanted. Deer never cease to amaze me when they are shot.

Not a "Real" bow a compound bow.
A real one uses one string, no cables and pulleys.

WOW...once in a lifetime deer

Imagine the excitement he felt as he waited for that shot.
Once he let the arrow fly and the buck bolted away, I know that I'd be having a mini-heart attack with my pulse so elevated, shaking like a leaf and praying that there's a good blood trail.
Imagine the joyful feeling when he finally saw that deer laying on the ground! Counting the points and then counting them again!

This is so cool!

I'm happy for ya!

That's a monster.

I'm just hoping to see something in whatever time I can manage to get back out for the remainder of deer season this year.
