Doing some searching, I found this joker put the same bill forward last year HB 4848 (http://www.michiganvotes.com/Legislation.aspx?ID=65931) brought to our attention by Tallbear in this thread: Tallbear's thread (http://www.migunowners.org/forum/showthread.php?t=11780&highlight=Bieda)


Lets hope this one dies in committee as well....
