FEG 9mm short extractor

I bought this Hungaryan pistol missing the extractor, the plunger and plunger spring. I ordered the new parts and when they came I put them in. Shot it once, it ejected the spent cartrige and fed another round just like it should. Great! Pulled the trigger a second time and it fired, extracted and fed another round. the bad news is that it also ejected the ejector, spring and plunger! HELP! Anyone have an idea as to what I may have done/not done to have this problem? (other than having bought this old gun in the first place). Thanks, springerdave.

did you shear the roll pin off or did it fall out?

Sounds like the pin that holds the extractor on gave way. Only other thing I can think of is that the channel the pin goes through on the plunger broke instead.
