Was not an option on the poll.

I'll take Hank Williams Jr/Ted Nugent...with Charlie Daniels as my Sec of State.

I think these two do a great job "on the sidelines" stirring things up.

We need a POTUS who can run big things. Leave the senators out for the top of the ticket.
I would really like to see a governor, maybe a general.
The right has plenty of candidates that will do a good job, that's not the problem. We need someone who can get elected.
The republicans aren't running against the democrats. They are going up against ABC, NBC, msnbc, CNN and the rest of the mainstream media. Romney would have made a great president and I'm still shocked he lost.

We have amateurs with an agenda in there now.

Hillary Clinton / Nancy Pelosi
The can finish the job that Obama started that is total ruin of the greatest country on earth.
Then we can have a revolution and force all the democrats west to California then saw the whole state off from the US and stand and wave bye bye as it floats out into the ocean.
After that point we would be real good shape to start rebuilding a nation that the founding fathers had envisioned.

why wait any longer? our fore fathers would have been done by now IMO . I'm not 100% behind any of the candidates. I will be pulling for "R" whoever it may be. I'm not liking the change we are getting.

Then the D's can counter that dynamic duo with Shotgun Joe and Fancy Nancy, it would be better than the clown show at the circus!

Nugent for VP!! How would he compare to our present VP, Joe??

Back a few years ago I went to the NRA convention in Phoenix.. On Sun am we had the TV 'news' on and a young dumpling was interviewing Ted. My B-I-L told us the TV preson was quite anti-gun.

At one point Ted just sttred a sentence and said (to the effect of) -It is my right and I will not let anyone interfeer with my excersing my right to carry etc etc.. and the sentence went on.

The news preson didnt make any attempt to 'butt in' as most antis love to do(esp Eleanor Clift and suspenders Bob on Fox whatever his name is).. He would not have stopped talking till he was done, anyway.

"like"

But seriously, some of those options would be nice, but I don't see them getting any legs in the presidential election. Jeb Bush- I think he'd do a great job and could win a primary... be he'd fall flat on his face come the big show. Rand Paul- I don't think he could do it either- a lot of people think his father is a wacko, and unfortunately that carries over with the name; swing voters would likely swing left on that. As far as republicans go, I think Cruz and Rubio would have the best shots.

But for real, I'd be on board with Gen Mattis. We need another combat hardened, combat arms veteran as the President. Obama has had a presidency that looks weak... weak in all regards, not just physically, but morally and principally weak; the guy is fake in every single regard; there is NOTHING that he actually stands for other than narcism. If anyone believes he truly supports gay rights as a passion, or healthcare as a passion... they are incredibly diluted. The guy is nothing more than the kid who will do anything and be anybody to be popular. If smashing kittens against a brick wall would bring him increased positive popularity, you couldn't get him enough kittens to smash.

Why not include Gary Johnson in that list?
Here's some policy stance, if you're so inclined:

Johnson position on Gun Control

The Second Amendment: Individual or Collective Right?

"I don't believe there should be any restrictions when it comes to firearms. None."
April 20, 2011, Slate Magazine

Legislations

"If you outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns. The first people who are going to be in line to turn in their guns are law-abiding citizens. Criminals are going to be left with guns. I believe that concealed carry is a way of reducing gun violence."
12 Nov, 2000, An Interview with Playboy magazine.

Rand Paul/Allen West-- wow the media would crucify em.

I wonder how it would go at the 'debates'? Would they even get asked a question like Ron Paul was miffed? Of course we all know he was not electable. I dont know who started/promoted that on many gun sutes?? I guess those that preferred Obama and now we can only find a few that voted for him, NEA/MEAers and other union workers. Others were all deceased I guess.

at the risk of sounding a lil bit on the goofy side...I don't think our votes mean anything anymore, the proof will become apparent when they "install" Hillary in 16
