I don't CC yet. That deficiency will be addressed next year. But I don't have to wait until then to stand beside the CCer who refused to pick up his child with his safety-rescue equipment openly displayed, as required by law. You have to hammer home the message that the school district has no delegated powers to innovate laws to their pleasure.
