I've currently got a http://www.slickguns.com/sites/default/files/p7051957p275w.jpg (http://www.gunsafepros.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/s/t/stack-on_gsg-719-ds_gun_safe_w_combination_lock_-_19-gun2.jpg) That I bought for $350 or so delivered to my door from online about 5 years ago. I need something bigger. I can grab a holiday special 48 gun thing for maybe $600-$700 then sell my old one for maybe $250-$300?? I'm hoping? Is this a good plan? The one I have now is full of guns on one side, and shelves of ammo, jewelry, and cash on the other side (Wife unit steals a lot of space). I've got enough cameras and loud annoying alarms I don't need *HIGH* security. Just enough to stop idiots from stealing my stuff fast.

These have been mentioned here before. I recently bought a set and really opened up more space in my safe.

Of course there is nothing wrong with buying a larger safe for future purchases.

Amazon had them the cheapest that I found.

I've seen those also. It's just that my current 24-28 gun safe, using half as shelving really does need more space. About 9 scoped rifles is all I can get in one side. And with the larger safe my evil wife unit will have more room to pack-rat her stuff in, so I get less interference from her :) Heck, I've got computer backups of our kids photos and all manner of other stuff I'd put in it if I had more room.
