Lansing/Mason Gun Show - January and February

Got the slots filled and thank you to those who signed up. If you have the time and interest in signing on to be an alternate in the event someone can't make their shift just let me know. Scatter or I have/will buy an additional badge to get you into the show. (The additional badge is paid for from personal funds and not MGO funds or encouraged by MGO. Use of the badge requires participation at the booth for at least some of the time you are there. Just trying to be nice here and involve more members.)

PM me if you are interested. Every shift earns you a credit toward the volunteer gun of the year given away at the year end holiday party/fun shoot.

When we arrive, should we plan to use the main entrance, or will there be a vendor entrance?

Also, do we have any MGO polo shirts available? Personally, I would prefer to wear a polo instead of the MGO tee-shirt (looks for professional, in my opinion, but that's just me).

Lastly, has anyone thought of putting together a "year-book," that contains pictures of MGO events and activites, along with some FAQs about MGO and responsible gun ownership? It might be a handy thing to have for this and future events.

Polo's have not been ordered yet do to still not reaching the minimum order. I will be finalizing the polo order shortly after the new year, so mgo t-shirts are to be worn. I am not sure of this venue, but normally there is a vendor entrance.

Sport Show Promotions is very strict on the entry policy, vendor badge or entry fee. That is why I collect the vendor badges and meet to booth workers at the vendor entrance. They obviously need to be collected at the end of the day also.

Will our passes be available at the ticket counter? Will they have a list of those authorized to pick up a pass?

I'll be there all 3 days and you are welcome to call before arrival and I'll meet you by the back door with a badge. If that isn't possible the badges will be at the admission counter.

I think most of you have my number but if someone needs it just shoot over a PM and I'll get it to you.
