I've had good luck with NAP 100grain Spitfires, but it's really what you Crossbow likes best. May want to experiment a little.

I use either Slick Trick Magnums or 100 gr. Grim Reapers for Deer and I agree ask your crossbow!!

The bolts you use obviously can affect things as well.

100 grain Slick Trick Magnums on Carbon Express Maxima Hunters. Shot a doe at 50 yards this past season. Complete pass thru and dropped her where she stood.

Thanks alot guys that makes sense on asking the bow. It seems though alot of you are suggesting the slick trick, so guess I will start from the and see how it goes. At least I have a starting point now. Thanks for the advice.

I am not a big fan of mechanicals so I use 150GR Excalibur Boltcutters and have had really good experiences with them.

If your aim is good any broadhead will bring them down, hell I got a doe with an old 4 blade that was worse than dull, heart shot at 30 yards. Just get used to the weapon.

a lot of good heads out there.just make sure you take a few practice shots with them before season in case you need to make adjustments in your sight.they don't always hit same spot as target points.also show the animal you're hunting a little respect by making sure they're sharp!

I've had mixed results with every type tried. Shot placement is key. I have settled on Rage 100 grain two blades. Keep in mind that bolt-blade assembly should have the center of balance about 15% in front of center.
