I'd agree that this is one of the stupidest bills yet, but there is a point.

It is a slap to rino ricks' veto of SB789. Instead of putting restraints against CPL holder or being able to get a CPL, make it so the one that takes out the PPO can be armed at all times. Now what is the argument that ricky used and the libs were touting? This should handle it.

Maybe this will set the atmosphere for other gun legislation. Help us out ricky or we will start dropping stuff like this on your desk, and force you to sign OR veto.

It died in it's origin committee.

Maybe he could be reminded that there are LEOs that cant get a CPL but carry when 'on duty' and maybe all the time?? That should make him very uneasy..
