soo...out of sheer curiosity does anyone know how to remove the trigger guard on an AR15. I am trying to use an allen wrench and a hammer to get the pin out but it just doesn't seem to work...any ideas?

use a punch. The allen wrench is probably flexing and not putting any of the impact onto the roll pin.
Also make sure the lower is supported in some way

What area are you in? If you are nearby I can take care of it for you, but you really should buy a punch. There are several roll pins in the AR so you never know when you will need to seat or remove one

I did mine with an allen wrench no problem. When you strike the allen wrench, hit it on the corner of the L a little bit.

I use a drill bit and hit that with a hammer, works well enough.
