go during the week , are you looking for a " charter " or "guide"? much less traffic during the week or light rain even if you dont mind getting out in the rain.

NO , sorry i am no guide. just grew up fishing the river . i fish for the love of it and not the money. well i like to put a few in the freezer too.
i was not sure if the Op was looking for Charter or just asking about Chatter ? looking for recommendations when and where to fish.

My brother fished it last week and had a great time - said it was a lot calmer during the week than on the weekend - they still turned on and off depending on weather and time of day. They drifted and jigged.

A lot of wire pullers out there. I have the stuff...never did it though

I see them out there at night hand lining. my cousin has been trying it.
i typically just pop jig early or crank after dark.
