Anyone Have A Treadlock Safe?

Made the mistake of buying one in the 90's. It's gotten more and more flaky over the last few years. Then it just took a dump and can't be opened. :banghead: Non electronic mechanism, not sure what to do.

Hoping someone else has gone through this with the out of business Treadlock.

Some S&G mechanical locks' combinations are prone to drift over time. Try subtracting one from each combination number, then two, then three. If this does not work, try adding one to each number, then two, then three. Have encountered this in three S&G mechanical locks over the years. In every case all three combination numbers drifted in the same direction, by the same count. Not certain why it happens, but it seems to stabilize within three.
