Yeah the wind is horrible, my tree was swaying back and forth all morning. Didn't see anything today out in St Clair County, just a few turkey's.

Been seeing a bunch of doe. Since the wind calmed down and temps went up I haven't seen squat. Haven't been out in the morning yet either.

I was out last weekend for a few hours and had a doe come through my area. I'm heading back out for a full day tomorrow...Believe me, I'll let you know if I see anything exciting.

I'm in my treestand right now, swaying to and fro with the strong breezes.
Just had a 6pt. come by. He had an appointment somewhere because he was on the move!
My son has seen 18 deer so far this weekend. Oddly, no shots. He's not very picky either!
I'm waiting for an eight, which probably will not happen. It's still fun!

Took a small 8 pt. on Sat., don't have my pics on photobucket yet, will add pics tonight. I'm surprised by the reports I'm hearing, because between my stepson and I, we have seen small bucks everyday, had many shot opportunities, but I seen a monster go by me on the 1st. in a BIG hurry, so we both had been waiting for him to re-appear. I caved when the smaller 8 pt. came in on Sat. and stood there 10 yrds. away, so I hit him quartering away, figured I have another tag and plenty of time left to fill it. Will post pics later, but will say those rage broadheads do there job, you could stick three fingers in that exit wound!

Hope things pick up. Its been quite in our woods this year. Seen a few scrapes yesterday so it should start getting better.

Saw 5 deer this weekend. A buck Saturday morning, and then a different buck Saturday afternoon, and two does and a spike Sunday morning. I'm really hoping to get close enough to one of these deer when I get back out in a couple weeks.

I have seen Doe's alot over the last 3 weeks. Finally caved and took one this past Saturday. A few bucks on my cams, including a really really big 10pt, but he's only been out in the middle of the night. Hopefully I'll get a shot at him sometime over the next 2 weeks. Had my first pic of a buck in the middle of the day, so I am crossing my fingers that they will become more active during shooting hours very soon.

The leaves will be off this weekend then it will be on. The only REAL good bucks I have seen were around mid day.

we have seen a couple 10s and a few nice 8s but they are only showing up after dark. i was out on saturday before it started pouring. i saw a spike and a few small does.

Scored on number two, this one is a decent 9 point, didn't get the big one I saw opening day, I think my neighbor got it, also a 9 point. Mine is first pic, neighbor's is #2, bad thing is he just moved in the a couple months ago. :(
