You see a lot of crazy priced thermal rifle scopes for sale for years…… I imagine after all these years the price should be coming down.

Anyone know of quality affordable brands ?

I have seen Ratheon stuff, and a whole bunch of other Thermal scopes, but have also heard to stay away from
cheap Russian-made crap…. but it is not clear who makes what always.

Well, this really depends - What is your budget?

There aren't a lot of Michiganders rocking Thermal or Night Vision so you might be better served by a specialty forum that specializes in this area or check some of the hunting forums down south where they hunt pigs with this type of gear. If you let me know a budget, I can at least point you in the right direction. :-)

Pulsar seems to be "reasonably" priced. I have a HD38A monocular for scanning, and a XD50A scope on the way for shooting.

Sent from somewhere in the time space continuum

Unlimited budget, but that is not to say I want to spend what I do not "need" to...
