I recently acquired a older Leupold VXIII with illuminated reticle. Now the problem is the scope takes a battery. I do not have the old battery and Leupold says it takes a 2032. Wrong. Which is the size of a nickle and will not fit. The battery compartment looks like it would take a battery from a crimson trace lazer. CR1/3N, 3 volts. I stopped at a gun shop and they said I needed a battery with 1.5 volts. Can anyone with knowledge reply. Thanks
