I'm considering the paraslow 503c. This model can toggle between the EOTech style radical and 2 Moa dot. It also claims to have 50k hours of battery life and can also be powered by solar panels. Reviews are positive. Just curious if anyone here has hands on experience. I can't seem to find a retailer near me that carries them

I have one and I really like it.
It is very sharp with a nice clear glass.
Great value for the money.

When I was down in Indiana, I lived close to Copper Customs. The headquarters for the Military Arms Channel. All the guys in there said they were GTG.

I have one on an 870 and like it. The circle reticle matches a 00 pattern at around 25 yards with an IC choke. I was kind of nervous about it with the 12ga recoil but it's held up fine for 500 rounds or so.

I almost bought that dot but the Vortex warranty sold me. I've read too many reports of warranty problems with red dots. I had a TRS25 that self destructed on the second range trip. I just want to purchase once and be done.

I think it has all the right options. I would skip the solar version. Those glass panels are sure to get smashed.
