Went to Henry Ruff Monday afternoon, CPL was in my mailbox today (Thursday) when I got home from work.

I live a couple hundred feet from the county line, on the Wayne County side. Most of the city of Northville is actually in Wayne County!

Interesting... That red dot is where I used to go target shoot in the gravel pit with my father.
Used to walk over & swim there too.

Haha sorry bud! Have to renew in your county. I think that's stupid though, since they all went to the standard white ugly CPL now and the MSP is handling it, you should be able to do the paperwork anywhere you want!

I still see a lot of changes though. When I moved here, 7/Haggerty on the West side was all trees and forest, now they've torn most of it down for the medical center, restaurants, housing developments, etc. Quiet old Northville area is becoming a Zoo, I don't like it.

Back then, Haggerty was a gravel road & 8 Mile was a really rough 2 lane blacktop road all the way to Farmington.
Of course I was there before the 8 mile cut off was built too.

However, getting rid of gun boards is not all good. If your CPL is pulled for any reason, even falsely, there's no easy way to get it returned.
