If a handgun was manufactured in 1966 (Browning Hi-Power serial T159329,) does that mean someone with a C&R can have that gun shipped right to their door?

According to the law, this would qualify. So, yes you could sell this to a C&R holder or purchase it as a C&R holder. But, many times, convincing the seller of this, especially with our Michigan handgun laws, might be more than difficult. I would guess that very few 01FFL's would do this. Don't know why. They are just picky sometimes... But I could be wrong.

I find it deeply offensive that something made after I was born could be referred to as a "Curio& Relic"! :)

Look at the bright side... At least it's not an antique... :)

Indeed... I clearly remember England winning the 1966 World Cup final and, from memory, the team was:-

Gordon Banks, Bobby and Jackie Charlton, Martin Peters, Geoff Hurst, Bobby Moore, Nobby Stiles, Jimmy Greaves... My memory fails me on the final three... There was a Norman in there though...

Like yesterday it was...
