I've never bought anything here, but I do love clicking my way through their site.
They don't have firearms, but I'm sure you could find a few milsurp ammo boxes if you needed some!

6,816 LBS of 5.56 mm expended brass casings (http://www.govliquidation.com/auction/view?auctionId=11960911)

Or how about a Cold weather jacket (or 177 of them!?) (http://www.govliquidation.com/auction/view?auctionId=11998879&convertTo=USD)

Or maybe you need 25 Bayonets & Scabbards? (http://www.govliquidation.com/auction/view?auctionId=12034392&convertTo=USD)

I'm thinking about a MilSurp General Mechanics Tool Kit (http://www.govliquidation.com/auction/view?auctionId=12003158&convertTo=USD)

It's it's all there, the GMTK is a pretty nice package. My son got 2 in an estate auction a few years back. Quality tools if the price is right.

That box of brass would be worth over $7000 as scrap.

For or five years ago that site would have hundreds of CUCV (1980's Chevy pickups and blazers) and AM General deuce and a half. Never bought anything, but I search Michigan and Ohio once in a while.

Gee, wonder how many pounds will fit in a USPS one rate box?

Anyone done business with this auction house before? Buyer fees? Anything else?

I bought my Deuce from them back in 2006, back them it was around 5%, I sent them a cashiers check, a week or so later I got my SF97 and the paperwork, went down to Shelbyville ANG base showed the guy the paperwork at the gate called my contact person showed me my truck checked out the truck started it up and drove home, real simple process. I bought a few other things as well in the past but that was the largest purchases used to package up for you but now I think you have to hire a service to package it up for you.

Yes, I'm a registered buyer and have bought several items from them. One of my favorite was a pallet of ammo cans. I bought like 125 of them and after it was all said and done I paid $1.28 each. I still have several laying around. You can always use ammo cans.

if these went cheap enough, would be alot of fun :)

Edit: Nvm, they have everything stripped, batt's pwr supply. Would cost a bit to make functional again.

I have bought thousands of pounds of brass and thousands of ammo cans in the past. Apparently they have raised the buyers premium from 10% in the last year.
With brass pay attention to the EUC (end use certificate) that is required. This form is long and usuallly takes 4-8 weeks to be approved the first time. Always pay attention to see if they will load and what they will load on (flat trailer, tail gate, etc). Warehouse outside the base is prefered as going onto the base is a pain.
And don't forget you have to pay state sales tax unless you have a tax license.

Last year I purchased 3000# of .308 brass from fort Campbell. I went inside the gate building to get a pass. He ran my name and it seemed like forever that he was scrolling the screen. I commented to him that I did not think I had that interesting of a life. He came back with that I was not going to be allowed access to the base because of a felony for explosives. I pointed out I had been cleared by DOD with the EUC form and showed him my Cpl and FFl and that you don't get those with a felony. It turns out he was looking at someone with a simalar (as in not the same) name. I was finally admitted to the base but this all took about 1 1/2 hours.
