Is there a source for a good lease liability waiver form?
I have some people who would like to use my property, but I would feel better if they signed a waiver.

DanDon't know how good it is, or if it applies to your circumstances , but the NRA has a hunters release form

In case anyone else needs one, this NRA document looks pretty good. I will probably use at least some of the form.
