Hey All,

Some friends and family weekend want to go trap and skeet shooting for the first time. Most have shot clays outback with a hand thrower, but no one has ever went to an actual trap or skeet range. There could be about 10 of us....

I have found good people from the Chick-Owa Sportsman’s Club (http://www.chickowa.org/) on this site, but they only have a trap range.

Do anyone of you know a range in the Holland area that is open to the public this Saturday morning, welcomes beginners, and is not not too pricey?

Thanks,

Eric

I think that is the winner No. 4. What time is good for beginners to show up....and not get in the way too much.

Thanks,

Eric

Anytime...we start at noon and go until we are done if its 2 or 4 we don't care as long as people are shooting and having fun. Lets pray that the rain holds off.

I came home a day early since my college had no classes today. It is absolutely gorgeous outside, but I have heard that rain is possible .

We'll plan on showing up around noon. Thanks!

I din't go either. I was getting my stuff together at 11:30 saw that it was pouring and put it all away. Thats too bad because I was going to give the 410 a workout today on the trap range.

when you're thinking of clay pigeon shooting you might consider Blendon Pines.
