My CPL expires May 20th. Macomb County Clerks office was supposed to mail a notice with my PIN, never happened. I contacted them and they claimed it was mailed out. I never had any mail lost at this address in 18 years. I asked if they could just give it to me over the phone, no they can not. I asked if they could just mail it to me again, once again the response was no! I asked for a supervisor/manager as it was difficult to go to the County after having a recent heat surgery. They said someone would call me. The next day I received a call and they agreed to mail it to me. It took almost a week to get it in the mail. Since then I applied on-line with MSP using my PIN as instructed on 03/22 and received an acknowledgment and receipt that day. Still waiting to receive my CPL.
