That's an issue with this sub-forum - many posts are from guys that jump on and post for the first time. This guy hasn't been back since the day he posted and he probably won't be.

Why do they post and not come back? In my opinion, they are just using us. They want to lease their land and do a google search. They see the results with MGO popping up and they decide to "join" the forum so that they may post their business proposition.
They lay their egg and move on.
Usually they post a phone number or an email, but in this case there is none.


In my opinion, they are just using us.
On the other hand, it offers up opportunities for MGO members, so it's not all bad.
