This class is being held by S.R.T (Surviving Realistic Threats)
This class is designed to teach valuable, BASIC field craft and survival skills. Class includes principles and planning (with survival kits), and cross-country movements to other class sites where we learn to build shelters, practice first aid, find food, build fire, and acquire water. The final test is constructing a shelter and a fire ..... this classes is a 4-6 hour class depending on class size.
cost for class is:
$100 for whole family ( as long as you they have a last name )
$80 if one of the family member is a member of nra.
$30 for military / police families
when: aug. 22nd 10 am RIAN OR SHINE

REQUIRED PACKING LIST
* Worn: long pants, sturdy boots, thick cotton or wool socks and a hat.
* Carried:
* compass (I recommend an orienteering compass with a clear plastic base and orienting lines inside the bezel. You can get a good basic compass for $8-12. Some of the better brands are Silva/Brunton and Suunto).
* sunscreen
* 2-3 liters of water (I will have resupply available)
* pen and small note book
* whistle
* daypack for water, snacks, rain jacket, change of clothes
* sunscreen
* insect repellent
* a small flashlight (preferably with a red lens) extra set of batteries
* NO DOGS, please
Class size is limited so per registration is a must.
