My dad gave me this gun when I was younger, it lived a life of abuse propped up in his closet for many years. The stock was in really bad shape with deep gouges. I am really pleased with the way it came out, the color is nearly perfect and the wood is now flawless.
Let me know what you think.

Thanks for all the compliments!!

TK, that is a Winchester model 121 in .22 and it is a single shot.
Ordinarily, I wouldnt put the time into this type of rifle, but it has great sentimental value to me, It is one of three that I will never get rid of. I re-finished a 16ga sigle shot when I was a kid, but it needs to be done again, i was a little impatient. I also have a pristine 870 wingmaster that is 30+ years old. All were given to me by my dad.

Oh yeah and +1 for the bushnell 4x. It is easily as old as the rifle and taken as much abuse and still works great.
