I use tetra gun grease on the rails and CLP for the rest...
Would the tetra work on say Taurus and CZ rails also,if so where is it available?

I don't know about the Taurus but my CZ "likes" to be run dry. I don't mean completely dry but for my CZ I use just a drop of weapon shield (or FP10 or... any good gun oil) on the rails.

I use Tetra or Shooters Choice on all of my guns in shear areas... IE places where steel slides against steel or another metal.
I get both at Gander Mountain... But have seen it at many gun shops. It comes in a injector tube.
I use it on the following pistols CZ 82, Taurus PT111 Mil Pro
