I have a DPMS bull barrel upper and a Sightron Big Sky SII 4-16 I want to mount for 2-300 yard target shooting.
I also have Magtech BUIS sights that I would like to keep mounted with the scope on.
What type of rings would you suggest? If I could, I would like rings that could instantly detach and then attach when I wanted to shoot distance.
Any suggestions?
(P.s. This isn't really gun-smithing but I didn't see any other place that looked more appropriate.)
