01 FFL's do not have to register their stock as far as i know.

It is about time they did this. It is nothing but a big pain in the butt when someone trades in a pistol in at my FFL shop. I have to fill out paperwork and take it down to the police department, so the MSP can register that my FFL has a used pistol for sale.
