interesting. it is a bit confusing to me though, as I only have a black powder pistol. I know that i can stand around open carry, but if I get in the car with it on my hip, it becomes concealed, as the car conceals it from view. So if I get in the car it needs to be unloaded, locked up, and put in the trunk.

The thing that gets me is that there isn't a license for black powder revolvers. They are even exempt from requiring a pistol purchase permit to buy. So are they similarly unaffected by this legislation, in both its current and potentially revised forms? I would hope so, because by the way its worded it sounds like it is unlawful for me to take it ANYWHERE, since its a non-licensable firearm.
