Anybody else duck hunt?

I love to hunt the ducks. This year I finally bought the boat and motor I have been wanting. A nice wide 14 foot Jon boat with a 9 horse Go Devil engine. It is amazing the crap this motor will go through.

We were doing pretty good for the first few days while hunting at Crow Island but the hunting there has really turned sour. I wont be able to hunt again for about a week now but hope to try Fish Point next weekend. Anybody else having any luck?

1 mallard drake while walking my dog through Island Lakes. Must say that I have not really been trying I was just out exercising the dog and hoping to see something.

I just started goose & duck hunting this year with the guy who hunts the 3 acer pond at my farm.
What a great time.
We limited out on mallards the first day of duck season. Not very good since.
I even bought a Faulks Duck & Goose call set. I have even had the ducks come in to it.
