Local tool source?

Does anyone happen to know where specialized taps are available locally? Specifically, I'm looking for a .150x50 tap. I know Brownell's have them for about $20@.

If you strike out at Production, you might also try J&L Industrial Supply, Traver's Tool, MSC Industrial supply, and I believe it's Dura Thread that makes customs. I'll check on it at work tomorrow.

I am not sure how cost may compare or if they will sell retail or not, but they do make about anything you could need.

Another industrial supply house that might carry them is Grainger. They have several locations and a web site that you can check first.
