I am helping to distribute Goodfellow packages that day.

I really like that IDPA stuff.

I plan on going an watching ... I have thought of participating but want to take a look first and see if this is for me.

Bring your gun, mags and ammo, Joel. You will want to shoot after watch one or two people run thru it.
Just take your time and get your hits. Don't try to shoot fast, just accurate.

Bring your stuff. Tell them you are a new shooter and they will make every effort to help you thru. There are very few "rules," mostly based on safety.

The first time I went to "just watch" I was sorry I didn't come prepared to shoot. If you go Bring your stuff.

It sure is fun :D
I will be done with my work (delivering for the local Goodfellows) early enought to get there about 12:30. By that time it should be up to 25 degrees warm. With weather like that, I'm sure no one will forget their concealment clothing.

Due to Christmas shopping that needs to be done.. I wont be going this time.. but I contacted them and found out the next one is Jan 24th.. I wil be there and might get a friend or two to go with me.
