Charles Daly shotguns

Anybody know who makes the Charles Daly (and where) shotguns?
I'd also like to know if the choke tubes are the "same" as any other brands.

I recently bought a SXS 12 ga. from Karcent and it was made by Miroku in Japan. These are the same guys who make Browning's current shotguns. Quality is very good.
