I have mixed feelings about this law. I want to be able to carry a compact folding rifle in my truck under my CPL, but also want it to be easier to purchase several of the mentioned firearms. I have a CPL, so current purchase permit requirements don't affect me as they do most others, but I do want things to be easier on them.

I was reading the for and against statements, and all I can say is WOW. What a bunch of idiots.

I would only favor this bill if we were also able to legally carry loaded long guns in our vehicle. Make that happen and I'm all for this bill.
